International Police Association U.S. SectionM.G. "Mike" Lynch, National President P.O. Box 3212, Auburn, CA 95604-3212 Phone: 530-885-9420 - Fax: 530-885-9428E-mail: lynch@psyber.com - www.ipa-usa.org To: Wally Graves & former Region 30 Officers Date: June 1, 2005 Subject: Inactive Status of Region 30 I am quite sorry to inform you that Region 30 has been placed in inactive status. This is a result of chronic failure to perform any of the basic region functions as provided in the IPA Statutes. All Region 30 members have been transferred to Region 36. All Region 30 documents and funds should be transferred to: Region 36 President Clarence Hightower 4358 FM 1374 Road Huntsville, TX 77340-2262 936-435-0221 (H). I regret that this action had to be taken, but whole National Executive Committee felt it was in the best interest of the IPA and IPA members in Region 30. There is a one-year period in which the NEC or NDC may approve reactivation of Region 30 with new region officers. After this one-year period, the inactive status becomes permanent. Yours truly, M.G. "Mike" Lynch National President
